NAYC CHILDREN’S DIVISION COMING IN 2026!
The FEI North American Youth Dressage Championships presented by USDF, held during the FEI North American Youth Championships (NAYC) is the premier equestrian competition in North America for children (ages 12-14), juniors (ages 14-18), young riders (ages 16-21), and U25 (ages 16-25). During the NAYC, young equestrians vie for team and individual FEI medals in the Olympic equestrian disciplines of dressage and show jumping. The competition is run under FEI (Federation Equestre Internationale), the international governing body of equestrian sport, and is the only FEI championship held annually on this continent.
Information
Age Requirements:
Athletes are eligible as Young Riders from the beginning of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 16 until the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 21.
Athletes are eligible as Juniors from the beginning of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 14 until the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 18.
Athletes are eligible as Children from the beginning on the calendar year in which they reach the age of 12 until then end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 14.
July 22, 2025 – June 22, 2026, unless USEF has otherwise indicated a change to the qualifying period prior to February 1, 2026.
Applications for the 2026 FEI North American Youth Championships will open on January 1, 2026.
